关于美国商务部对中兴通讯实施激活拒绝令的通知

美国商务部（BIS）于2018年4月16日发布了针对“中兴通讯”的激活拒绝令，该项拒绝令规定：禁止任何组织和个人以任何方式参与到任何涉及“中兴通讯股份有限公司”、“深圳市中兴康讯电子有限公司”的交易中。

(Denial Orders are issued by the Assistant Secretary for Export Enforcement of the Bureau of Industry and Security, denying the export privileges of a company or individual. A denial of export privileges prohibits a person from participating in any way in any transaction subject to the EAR. Furthermore, it is unlawful for other businesses and individuals to participate in any way in an export transaction subject to the EAR with a denied person.）

源自美国的电子元器件厂商及代理商要求云汉芯城禁止向：中兴通讯股份有限公司（Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China (“ZTE Corporation”)）、深圳市中兴康讯电子有限公司（ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (“ZTE Kangxun”)）、中兴伊朗有限公司（ZTE Parsian (ZTE Iran)）、北京八星国际有限公司（Beijing 8-Star International Co. (Beijing 8-Star)）以任何方式销售或供应源自美国的电子元器件产品。

作为云汉芯城的用户，您同样被要求执行该项禁令，请您不要将云汉芯城的以上产品以任何方式销售或供应给上述公司。
